How to configure Conky on Linux Mint?
After understanding the meaning and function of Conky, then successfully installing Conky on Linux Mint, we will continue with how to configure the Conky application.
By default the Conky configuration file is in /etc/conky/conky.conf, we will open that file with the default text editor application, Xed, through root access. Here are the complete Conky configuration steps:

Open Terminal and type:
sudo xed /etc/conky/conky.conf
- delete the default configuration script from Conky, ctrl + A then delete

copy-paste the Conky configuration script below
note:
image /media/Z-DATA/MAZTER/Linuxer/linuxmint-logo/linuxmint-logo-ring-symbolic.png replaced with the image file directory on your machine -
save and exit the Xed application, then type in Terminal:
conky
